Re: need help with ir board

If you need help ,if you have tried programming the IR like in the directions and are using a universal remote try programming a different setting on the remote by reading the directions in the manual that came with the remote. We were having problems programming it and then reprogrammed the remote and then it was a piece of cake.

Other wise when applying power push and hold the button on the IR for about 5 secs then release, then the first led will light, push your first button you want to be programmed on the remote, it will blink and light up again then push the same button, then the second led will light and repeat the steps above for the rest of the leds. Then to test after the forth light goes out push the buttons that you programmed and the corresponding led will light.
