Rolling Thunder.
I say stick with the Blue Lightning look. A FIRST team is neither the school it represents or the sponsor that it represents but the marriage of the two. Thus forming a new identity which is the robotics team. I recommend incorporating red into the design."
I think something both of your teams can share is if you were to sit at a pep rally your team colors would fit in with the schools crowd of orange or red, at fairport hs pep rally the history is that this team loves to sit together to emphasize that FIRST is a team activity, only problem is that the group of 50 wearing black in a sea of red just seems out of place. And it kind of sends the wrong message to the school.
To add on there is some history of brighton hs and fairport hs working together around 01-02' I think that has something to do with the name blue lightning.
