The "Tank" function, in my opinion, sets up drivetrain PWMs only. It takes two axis on joysticks, and sets them pwms (1-4 prob).
You need to use something more like pwm_xx (where xx is arm PWM) = p3_y (or something)
I dont use easy-C though, so i may be wrong.
