I think that you are referring to the minutes that were mistakenly mailed out to all team leaders rather than to just the regional planners as was intended.

FIRST has requested that we delete the file unopened. As much as I would have liked to have distributed the minutes to our team and to have discussed them, alas, I deleted the files as requested.

I urge others to respect FIRST's request as well.
