First off, thanks to my pit crew and team for your dedication to the robot and keeping the event running smoothly. I REALLY need to thank my drivers for putting up with my energy and intensity out on the field.

I want to thank team 27 for picking us and for both 27 and 453 for putting their hearts and full efforts into the elimination matches and the finals.

I am amazed at the efficiency with which 27 worked in the pits making repairs. They kept cool heads and got things done quickly.

Aside from Great Lakes in 2000 (winning the regional paired up with the girl I would later marry) I would have to say this has to rank at the top as far as my experiences go.

Congratulations to Team 1 for the engineering inspiration award and to Team 27 again for the Chairman's award. I'll be pulling for you guys in Atlanta - you deserve the win.
