I've become a big fan of Vex, and I like this year's product line extensions. FIRST is going to have to go a ways to improve on it. I remain cautiously optimistic.

With more than $3,000 in parts and two year's worth of experience in Vex, we are very likely to do some other Vex competitions, and consider FTC (depending on the specifics).

Hmm I wonder if the quad encoder has internal bearings to prevent excessive abrasion and plastic dust from forming internally and clogging the sensors...
