We hit upon a very workable solution last year - the students and adults from the school stayed on-site. The Baxter folks stayed at the Maingate Ramada. Saved alot of money and worked nice. Good bus transportation and rental cars are cheap in Orlando. Good food close by - ten minutes to EPCOT.
