An article ("Robot Makes Engineers") was published in the Detroit Free Press about Team 818, The Steel Armadillos, which I think covered the message of FIRST quite well (sorry for posting it late). Check It Out! The article also mentions our team's previous ties with Team 217, The ThunderChickens.
