Gotta keep them yankee dollars flowing in... you'ld be surprised how fast repairs can be made when the money on the line.
Just look at what they did in New Orleans to get the Super Dome back in business... to bad the same effort couldn't have gone into getting the neighborhoods reopened just as quick.
