Once the system is finalized, it will be made available on the Internet for teams to download. The Windows NetSync and Informant software packages, the Palm OS application, and any other software developed, as well as a ready-to-print hard copy form will be made available. This will allow teams to start using the system at the regionals to become more familiar with it when they arrive in Florida, and will increase greatly the amount of usable information.

One problem we ran across when integrating various systems last year was the lack of an easy way to merge the data without having 'holes' due to differing criteria. We are planning to have the system completed before the first set of regionals.
