If you choose to go off on your own....investigate becoming a 4-H team. You are covered under 501C-3 and also have liability insurance. You are able to have people from whatever school and also homeschoolers. You will still have to raise your own funds and find your own build space. Parents will have to be involved because there is no faculty advisor. If you have any questions about how to become a 4-H club please PM me and I will be happy to answer any questions.
