I'm working on a new design for our site and was hoping you guys could give me some feedback/input on page structure, loading time, and overall looks of it.

First of all, how should all the pages be structured. As you can see right now, I've got Start Here, About the AdamBots, FIRST, OCCRA, General, and Resources with different subpages. However, I really don't think that this would be the best way. Does anyone have a really nice example of structure?
Second, what are the best ways to decrease loading time? At the moment, I'm planning on switching to
WP-United (because of our phpBB3 forum) and I'm curious if Wordpress has any good plugins or modifications that may help with that.
Lastly, how does it look? Are your eyes bleeding or are you drooling?
