Odd, FIRST has a count of 341 teams, but TBA has 342. Add in the fact that the link for viewing the individual lists on the championship page is still unavailable and I'm forced to wonder if these divisions are truly official?

if past years methods continue than the remaining 3 teams will be added in to divisions, and no more shuffling will occur.
