It means that you have the 14th highest OPR
. That is all it means. OPR correlates strongly with scoring ability, but it also correlates with other things such as teamwork (teams that get in the way of their alliance partners would have lower OPRs) and rule-abiding (see those negative numbers? those teams tended to take penalties). Someone who has scouting data on every single team in FIRST might be able to tell you if you're literally the 14th-highest scoring robot in Galileo. However, since I don't think anyone actually has that much data, this is a nice stand-in. It is certainly something to be proud of.
