Rack only doubles -- Balls in ramps do the scoring

The rack is only a doubler.

Balls in or out of the rack are not material to the score.

The only way to score is to put balls into scroring position on the ramps.

If you have the square rack on your side at the end of the match, your score from the balls will be doubled.
