The drawing at

clearly shows the height of the railing to be six inches above the carpet as measured at the top of the pipe.

When I try to build as shown in photo
http://www.chiefdelphi.com/cgi/pictu...ast_displayed=
the railing turns out to be seven inches high.

What kind of fool am I?
