I just signed my team up for the wait list last night. We were having trouble because we couldn't decide as a team except over email or at a meeting and i kept missing the meetings and I was afraid to send an email because the prez said he didn't want to.

Do we have to pay if we are just on the wait list?

Also even if our robot does not get to go I will definitely head up there, probably with a bunch from my team.
