Looking Forward contributors each cast a ballot, as well as many reputed outside sources. Sixteen total votes were cast, including those by WFAs, championship winning coaches, head scouts, former drivers, and respected CD community members. Voters were selected from around the country (and Canada) to attempt to avoid any regional biases.
