Question on posting somthing

My question is our town (very small) has just recently built a new shell building and is looking for an industry to occupy it would it be proper to post the specs on it here. The reason I am thinking about doing it is that we have no industry in our area and are in need of an corporate sponsor as well as jobs in the county.
