We were wondering if unlimited amounts of nonfunctional decoration was allowed? AND!! one of our globe motors isn't acting properly. 3 of the 4 can not be turned by hand. however, today one of ours presented something different--you can spin it by hand with no problem!! when power is applyed, it still has the strenghth of a small mule team. What could be the problem? we need a solution of some sort, and no, it's not a coupler or transtorque slipping--we ruled that out. Any advice you could give us would be very helpful. Thanks.
