"Meet the Mean(ish) Green Machine, delivering top quality justice at reasonable speeds; his sidekick Bald Boy, with the ability to reflect the sun and blind evil-doers; and their human confidant and liaison to normal citizens everywhere, known only as The Baker. Rumor is The Baker can divide by zero, kill two stones with one bird, win a game of tic-tac-toe in 2 moves, and legally go clockwise on an Overdrive track, but those abilities are currently unconfirmed."
