: Southern NH and Northern Mass just got their first real snow....a whole 4 inches??? All the local schools are closed

Most of CT (Known as 'Waterworld' for some reason to the people up in FIRST-Land) got a heavy icing over, which thankfully closed a ton of schools down here...hmmm, skating, anyone?

PS - On the budget issue, it was either cut the heat, drain the high school's pool, cut bus transportation partially or completely, or (which is the most logical/fruitful choice except for union conflicts) cut the only non-state-mandated day of school, the 181st one, from the schedule, thus saving the town $60,000.
