I am not entirely sure, but I do know it is
not something you submit for- one of our mentors won it last year, and while he was certainly deserving of the award, the team had no idea he was going to win it!
As far as I can remember the judges talk to and observe teams at the event and see what they have to say about their mentors. From that, they start to form their decision on the Wood
ie Flowers Jr. award.
I have a feeling those involved with the planning of Monty would have more information than I do. I hope this helps.
