On the other hand, it might not be a
desired part of the experience. For someone whose goal is merely to present information in an easy-to-access way, using a well-tweaked template could be the best solution.
Is the process more important, or is the result? That depends on whether the evaluation looks at the web site and pages or at the development tools and source code. As someone who
uses web sites more often than
creating them, my obvious bias is that the result is more important.
