When you select File, Save Sheet Format, the <install_dir>data complete path needs to be selected. Most likely you need to select C:\ProgramFiles\SolidWorks\data. If you want to change a sheet format, right-click in the drawing, select Properties. There you will see the path to all your sheet formats. Companies usually create custom sheet formats with their own title block information. The sheet formats contain your title block information. This title block can be very powerful when you link properties to the part or assembly- such as mass, material and surface finish. A drawing template contains the sheet format + units + size of paper + dimensioning standard (ANSI, ISO).

Try File, Save As, Select eDrawing for file type. If this is Chinese, you probably selected this language during installation instead of English. Install eDrawings agian. Marie
