If you spend too much time on CD you might
get banned. JVN's self imposed ban does show the extremes it can take to get FIRST-a-holics to use in moderation. I personally try to curb heavy CD usage, but I can only delay it (with the game and webcasts this year it was hard to stay away). Since Champs I've been trying to catch up on research and have queued several long posts for later. I have stuff I should have done last night but I spent a while making IRI plans, then fell asleep. I actually should be working on that now...
So in summary: Everything in moderation.
