I'm surprised the video doesn't include a reference or two to the the things that qualify a team for the Chairman's award. Maybe something about the first team that you help bootstrap themselves into existence and stable operation? or your first visit to visit a government official?

About the music - It doesn't do much for me, but I'm an old fossil. Pay attention to what will make a favorable impression on your audience, that's not necessarily what you personally enjoy the most....
