Well our team has begun to lose many members, because of graduating students and people leaving (for different reasons).
Now our team has started to re-decide the management, well sorta, and we've been having parents meet separately from the students.

Well, our parents have decided that our team needs a mission statement, and they want the students to write it.

I just want to know whether or not other teams have mission statements, and if so then what do they contain.
