Though Im kind of confused as to why it's acting this way. When I am mating parts it will move a part that is fully constrained. After I finish mating I will move the component that was fully constrained and it will fix itself. It probably has something to do with the symmetric mate.

Yes I've had a hard time mating the standoffs to the square hole. Not anymore though I could still be doing it in an extremely dumb way.
