I would love to see Speed Racer at IRI, as I personally think it would have a higher chance of being picked. Fezzik (the hurdler) is a competitive hurdler, but Speed Racer is in a very small (pun not intended) class, which IMO increases its likelihood of being picked, on account of there being so few high-scoring lapping machines. Unfortunately though, Speed Racer's best driver most likely can't come to IRI, while Fezzik's primary drive team can... So, I'd expect Fezzik to be the robot representing 1519 at IRI. It also looks like I probably can't make it to IRI...
However, I'm seeing if plans can be mixed around a bit!
