Junk Yard Wars is great.

I am definitely interested in getting on that show.

Not only does it meet the 'my mom and her friends are watching' test but it is all about completing a task not destroying your opponent.

Beyond all this, how much time can it take? You've only got 10 hours! A typical FIRSTer can do that standing on his (or her) head.
