I would say regarding this issue.. that FIRST has said they want 'adults' at the kickoff and not students... often the implication of 'adult' is above the age of 21... I don't think it's wrong of them to not allow the high school volunteers to go since no other high schoolers are allowed in as representatives... that's only fair..

and as josh said, it's an adult pary.. no a student one.. and whatever they so choose to do.. or Dean to do.. it's not bad.. and I don't think any less of ANYONE for it..
