The Firstaholics Meeting and other ramblings (for Kate)

My dad and I will be up next weekend and after finding out the deal about deans house and such, well... more on that later ;^P. Kate, your post seemed like an open invite, but I dont want to drop in without an OK from you. After all, there are prolly a good buncha peeps who already checked in with you and are crowding the place.

If it's cool that my dad and i drop in, lemme know. We'd both be willin to help with cleanup an bring food n stuff. If not, i have an idea that i could meet up with you guys later for (now in comes dean's house ).

I've been to his house twice, and there are a lot of people who drive there then walk up the driveway (like 1/4 mile!). Well, what if all the people who werent able to attend his party (cause of the age rule, doh!) were to arrive at his house and go FIRST-carrolling in front of it instead. We could take various christmas and holiday songs and change the lyrics to fit FIRST. For example:

'Driving cross the field,
one drill motor blown,
our ally is gone,
so we're all on our own.

But we have a chance
of winning this match yet
cause the other teams
are newbies from tibet'

oh jingle bells,
magic smoke smells,
our gears just went 'clak clak'

but engineers
will fix our fears
and show students the tracks'

(To the tune of Jinglebells, ah course!)

Think it over. And pay no attention to the song. It was written in five minutes after a 10 hour graveyard shift. A week will do the songs much more, errr... justice??? Perhaps dean will see what good sports we are and invite us in. At very least he'll get one of his medical inventions out to cure our frostbite after his party. Questions? Comments? >>WAP!!!
