The idea is sound. What remains for me to learn is
just how difficult it will be in actual practice. I
can see many teams hitting the "balance the sea-saw"
button, only to see their robot go insane and drive a
double-double and a bunch of points off a cliff!

We shall see how easy theory becomes practice.
