I am pretty sure the "Game Rules" page is the right one, but its not there yet. If they are trying to build anticipation, they are doing an excellent job.

Why Scores and rankings Don't Mean Much
As a judge, it can become very tricky picking the "best" team at competitions. I know of at least one instance of having a parent complain after a competition was over about his belief that his son's team had the best robot there, made a perfect score, and therefore should have won the competition and gone to the International Showcase.
I remember the robot was indeed excellent at what it did, but had no sensors or third motor. It indeed deserved to be at the state competition, but it was clear which other teams had gained more out of their experiences.
