I can confirm that 108 is pre-qualified based on last year as I went to every competition that we competed at and pretty much ran things from the school side. (Chicago has the greatest pizza in the world!) I don't know why they're currently missing from the list, but I would assume it has something to do with Motorola bureacracy and funding. I can pretty much guarantee that they'll be there. We're a Florida team and went to Chicago every year. Getting people to Orlando wasn't a problem for us. I know that I'll be their as a volunteer and I'm sure that those 108 jerseys will be all over the place in force causing trouble yet again.
