The PSoC is a really interesting family of chips, and I would highly recommend checking them out to anyone who is interested in mixed signal. I really wish I had known about this during my sophemore year - I did a couple of labs that were "PIC + op-amps + filters + rats nest" that could have easily been "PSoC".
