No one has to show up for the entire weekend (or the entire day) As I mentioned before, I think my team's planning on Saturday, and a North Gwinnett mom has contacted me about Friday, and possibly some other days, depending. So you can either double up with one of us, which is perfectly fine, we can do a little scrimmaging, or if you really want, there's always Sunday.
If you want to leave your robot in the theatre, it's a personal choice. My team's only bringing it for Saturday, just in case some kid decides that he wants to see where the pretty purple wire goes and accidentally breaks something (not that we have a purple wire...
) No one's going to steal the robot, but if you leave it in the theatre, people are probably going to touch it and well...stuff can happen. It really is up to you though.
