1144 is registered for the Regional. They are from Puerto Rico. However no sign of the 9 rookies from 2008 registering. It is still very early in the process. Give them time 
It is still up in the air wether or not I will be attending the regional this year. Florida Regional was my first event as a FIRSTer and I have not missed it since 2006.
