It is actually quite easier to get over the bar then under, because that allows a much bigger space for the robot to go over. I can already see robot with tank treads able to raise the front of their base up there, and just ride right over the bar. And don't forget the pneumatics... one thick actuator can have 180 lbs of force comming out of it, imagine a robot with two of those hopping over the bar. A large arm can also flip a robot over those bars... plus many other ways.
As for T190's spider robot, I can't wait to see it in action.
