Thats quite the job you've assigned yourself...just a note, the keystroke for copy is Ctrl+C, and paste is Ctrl+V. I have a feeling you will be using that a lot.
Anyway, this is a good idea, at least now teams just have to confirm information, rather than start from nothing.
