[OCCRA]: VEX score area clarification

I was wondering if the bottom of the score area for VEX bots will be flat and flush with the ground, or if there will be a small PVC pipe or something similar that makes it so even for a normal score (aside from the Field Goal), the ball must be lifted off the ground or if it can be slid right in.

I was just hoping I could get some clarification that way I can tweak the design if needed, since right now I am under the impression that the goal area has no lower "lip" to cross.

Quick sketch of idea of how it might look:

|=========| <-bar
| nothing here. |
|_____________|___ <- floor

Is this a correct assumption or is there a bar at the floor? Please clarify if possible. (Sorry if it was confusing)
