I totally dispute this. I was wrong. I just spoke with Eric and verified with him and out his mouth I was told 10 wheelchair wheels. You were provided with 4 and can purchase up to 6 more. Fabricating any wheels you would like is fine, but 10 is the magic number for wheelchair wheels.
Very Very sorry for the mix up. :O)
