: Its possible to get 18 balls in a goal. If you put three balls in the goal and had an arm to push the high ball horizontal and next to the first 2 then you get three balls in a triangle flat on the base.

I see your point but that would be kind of hard to do with a robot that probably won't move very well anyway so why try to push it?
