Call your MasterCAM retailer and call the CNC manufacturer. MasterCAM should have a plugin available to give compatibility for 2009 files. Whoever makes the machine should be able to help you troubleshoot your problem. You're probably wasting your time on here, as it sounds like something very specific that someone would have to see to figure out.
