1)
$1,000 was raised for an
i-Bot Wheel Chair for a team member. We also had a demo of the i-Bot wheel chair on the competition floor courtesy of
Wayne Penn. (Thank You)
2) Gracious FIRST Teams donated
600 Food Cans for the Mattie Dixon Community Cupboard

4) Ramp Riot hosted a technology workshop for
70 Girl Scouts focusing on technology careers for women. Girls had the opportunity to speak with women in science, drive a robot, and learn about the competition. Each girl received a special event patch and a “robot’ drivers license designed by our team.

Team 103 did a
cRio control system seminar which was webcast to viewers around the country.
