: the wheel hub kit and sprocket from small parts do not fit right off the shelf. are we supposed to mill the bore to fit? the diagrams don't indicate that this needs to be done. please help anyone??

: thanks

Our team receive those wheel hub and they fit right into the wheelchair wheels perfectly... since the hubs are supposed to have one size, I believe your problem might be caused by defection. You should order some more wheels to see if that's the problem, and you should have spare wheels anyway. And no, we didn't need to mill the bore to fit... unless the hubs are defected. The best thing to do right now is the do precise measurment on the hubs AND the wheels and compare them to the diagrams... and ask Small Parts if you need clarification on the diagram, or post on this forum.
