Team 5 has drawn everything in CAD for the past two years before starting to cut metal, and while this is very tedious, it has paid off in assembly and performance. (Note that this only works if you have the resources to manufacture to close tolerances -- no jigsaws and files unless you want to drive yourself batty)

Good luck to the Chief!! Hope the effort is worth it for you.

P.S. Joe, I have a good source for some inhalers if you need them. Only 3 1/2 weeks!!
