We paid, indicated that we wanted the controller shipped early, and gave a shipping account number - this will be the first shipment on the account number - so we are a little worried about using an untested system on the precious controller

Not sure that it is conclusive evidence, but we registered and paid within 2 hrs of the start of the regional enrollment period.
This will be a growing experience for us - patience is not a strength
