After several years of forgetting to make a BOM, we made sure that we had a nice, neat, correct Bill of Materials typed up in advance, printed out several copies and saved it onto a laptop and a flash drive....and then somehow neglected to bring any of these to competition. We ended up with something we wrote on notebook paper at three in the morning, anyway.
Hopefully, this year, we will be one less team with an illegible BOM handed in on a peice of notebook paper.
